- Sunscreen.
- Footwear that can get wet.
- Quick dry clothing (cotton is not recommended).

How To Find Us
Our tours launch from our boathouse located at Port Dock 7 in Newport, Oregon. Parking is available at the Port of Newport (with a parking pass that we'll provide you), with additional on-street parking on SE Bay Blvd. Please remember that Newport is a working port, so we ask that you be respectful and park closest to the street so that fishermen have priority access.
Once you have arrived, simply go down the access ramp to the docks, and take an immediate left at the bottom of the ramp (at the seafood barge). Walk past the sailboats and we're the first boathouse that you come upon.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours cancellation notice prior to your scheduled tour, or we cannot provide a refund. All of our tours are weather dependent, and may be cancelled due to inclement weather or other unsafe conditions. If your scheduled tour is cancelled due to weather or safety concerns, you'll receive a full refund.

Yes. We have lockers available and someone will either be present at the boathouse or it will be locked during your tour. You are welcome to bring your own padlock if you prefer a bit more security.
-
Yes. Individuals weighing more than 300 lbs should not participate. This is because our life jackets are only rated to provide buoyancy for persons up to 300 lbs.
The kayaks we use are Ocean Kayak Malibu Two tandems, which have a usable weight limit of 362 lbs per boat. We suggest that anyone over 200 lbs get in touch with us prior to booking. If you and your paddle partner together weigh more than 350 lbs, we may put you in a boat alone.

While we understand that many people enjoy paddling with their furry friends, we do not allow any animals in our kayaks.
In accordance with ADA guidelines, we do allow service dogs that are individually trained to assist a person with a disability in our boathouse.
-
No. Since there are other people on the tour, we do not allow fishing or crabbing gear on our tours. However, the route that we take isn't the best fishing or crabbing location anyway 😀.
-
Unfortunately, we do not rent out our kayaks. However, there are other options. Both Ossie's Surf Shop in Newport and Oregon Coast Kayak Connection offer kayak and paddleboard rentals.
