Cancellations & Refunds

All of our activities are weather dependent, and may be cancelled due to inclement weather or other unsafe conditions. We reserve the right to cancel any program or tour at any time, for any reason. In the event that your program or tour is for cancelled for safety or other reasons, you will receive a full refund.

Our customers often plan their schedule around their reservations, and in some instances cancellations can cause a program to not be run (for example, if there are not enough participants). To minimize potential inconveniences to everyone, we adhere to the following cancellation policies:

Youth Camps & Kayak Classes

For our youth camps and kayak classes, we'll need at least 14 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled program, or we cannot provide a refund. Each program requires a minimum of 3 participants. If there are not enough participants, we'll notify you at least 14 days prior if your scheduled program is canceled, and you'll receive a full refund.

Guided Kayak Tours

For guided kayak tours, we'll need at least 24 hours cancellation notice prior to your scheduled tour, or we cannot provide a refund. Each tour requires a minimum of 3 participants. If there are not enough participants, we'll notify you at least 24 hours prior if your scheduled tour is canceled, and you'll receive a full refund.
